The Jewish cemetery in Miasteczko Śląskie was established around 1870. Originally, there was a funeral home next to the cemetery, which has not survived.

About 10 tombstones remained, all of them fell to the ground. Perhaps more matzevot are under the soil layer. The oldest preserved matzevah dates back to 1879.

The cemetery is badly neglected. The area is devastated and littered.
